Shipping policy

The carrier depends on your destination and can vary from order to order. Standard shipping fee is $6.90 on orders under $50; orders of $50 or more ship free. Express shipping is $20. We ship only within the United States and Puerto Rico. Estimated delivery after your order ships, as shown at checkout: Standard 5 to 8 business days, Express 3 to 5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates: the carrier and your address can change them. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

INCORRECT INFORMATION 

If you’ve made an order with an incorrect address or missing apartment number, email us immediately at info@marostudiony.com to resolve your issue before your order ships.
If we’re unable to make a change of address, we do not take any responsibility for the incorrect information.

RETURNS & FACTORY DEFECTS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not give money back. The only exception is a factory defect: once we confirm the damage comes from the factory, we give you a new piece or, if it is not available, a similar piece from our store. Report it within 7 days of delivery at info@marostudiony.com with your order number and photos. Damage during shipping is not covered; please file a claim with the carrier.
