When will it arrive?

Orders ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, by USPS, to the USA and Puerto Rico only. We do not promise a fixed delivery time: it depends on the carrier and your address. You get a tracking number by email when it ships. Shipping cost shows at checkout before you pay.

Which chain should I pick?

Delicate is 17 inches: light, easy to wear every day. Bold is 16 inches: more presence, so the cross takes center stage. Both include the cross and the chain. Pick the length you already wear comfortably.

What if I change my mind or it doesn't suit me?

MARO does not accept returns and does not refund money. That is why we ask you to choose your chain length before you buy. If you are unsure, write to info@marostudiony.com first and we will help you choose.

What if it arrives with a defect?

If it arrives with a factory defect, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once we confirm the damage comes from the factory, we send you a new piece or, if that one is not available, a similar piece from the store. We never replace a piece with money. Shipping damage, misuse and normal wear are not covered.

How do I take care of it?

Keep it away from water, perfume, lotions and chemicals. Take it off to shower, swim or exercise. Store it on its own in a soft pouch or jewelry box, and clean it gently with a soft dry cloth.
